Therefore we decided to establish 1H1, a boutique consultancy that supports organisations with frameworks, systems and tools to positively influence employee engagement and behaviour, by unleashing the full potential of data insights, research, and people management experience.

By combining business intelligence & people management experience we have been developing strategic concepts, frameworks and systems turning them into practical solutions. With our low-code application approach we enable organisations to enhance their digital transformation with rapid pace and in a cost effective manner.

We believe our solutions are essential in supporting successful companies build a solid foundation to enable  fair & data-informed decision making that positively influences employee trust and engagement, and ultimately drives corporate performance.

Both Rade & Christopher not only love rock concerts and good food but also working with organisations to build effective and sustainable people practices & reward solutions by leveraging advanced data analytics.

Christopher A. Jereb

FOUNDER | People Practices & Project Management

Christopher is a founding member and CEO – the world of people management is his domain.

Christopher’s passion is to design, develop and implement people management solutions. He has acquired deep knowledge in the field of people performance and reward practices from extensive leadership experience in this area including managing several programs and reward practices on a global scale and sharing his expertise at international management conferences.

Christopher has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate business. He is a graduate of IE Business School Madrid with an MBA, Saarland University with a Master’s of Law degree and University of Applied Sciences Munich with Bachelor’s of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Administration

Spending time with his family and friends is most enjoyable to him and he hits his drum kit with great relish.

Rade Stojkovic

FOUNDER | BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, DATA SCIENCE & ANALYTICS

Rade is a founding member and responsible for all data-related aspects of 1H1.

Rade’s passion is to design, develop and implement business intelligence, reporting and data analytics solutions.  With experience across various corporate functions, especially in the field of people analytics, his work has greatly helped Human Resources and business leaders gain insight into their wealth of data and make informed decisions.

Rade has spent more than 15 years in consulting and corporate businesses. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master’s of Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Capital Markets. Being a  passionate learner and autodidact who is constantly enhancing his analytical and technical skills, he is always eager to take up the next challenge.

Travelling, literature and learning new languages are some of his many hobbies.
